Bought a Toni & Guy hair iron around January / February this year I still remember the brand new big plate iron was on Promotion.

The device trips our electricity at home which resulted me calling the store (East London Hemingway) to check if i can get an exchange. I went there today to find that no one assisted me ( I had lost the slip which I looked for the entire evening last night) I Do not want a REFUND I simply need something else that will not cause electrical issues at my home.

I am now with hair iron that I do not use SIMPLY BECAUSE NO ONE COULD RESOLVE my issue
