Maltreatment by Hemingways Casino

I banned myself from this Casino on 24.11.13 for 2 years. The agreement was straight forward, I would be denied access to the Casino from 24.11.13 until 24.11.15. After the expiry of my self-exclusion I went back to the Casino to reactivate my membership. To my surprise, I was informed that people who self-excluded themselves need to go for counselling first before they could enter the Casino. I asked them a simple question as to where was that mentioned. They could not provide any document to that effect. I just met people who were clueless about law/contracts. They are now sending me from pillar to post. They even referred the matter to the EC Gambling Board. There is no solution in sight even with them. I think I should now approach their Head Office and hear what they can say. My agreement with them is in black and white and it is very straight forward. This is not the first time that I banned myself from the Casino. I am hearing this counselling thing for the very first time and it is not stated in our agreement!
