Hemel And Aarde Estate UNSAFE TO LIVE!!

Hemel and Aarde "Estate" NO safety, no protection NO value for money! I was very nearly convinced into buying into this "Estate" but when I drove around to the back of the "Estate" I found that there was a silly fence around the back and when I then went inside and stopped and talked to a om of the residents I was told about all the break-in incidents over the last months. Hemel and Aarde Estate website promises peace of mind and safety but it's a lie! "Not a Estate at all!
