Paid materiaal but no delivery

I bought on the 14/10/2017 materiaal at Shop in vereeniging. They told me it is a 7dae waiting period for the polycop. So i waited and there was no repley. I contacted them and talked to Jack who rep**** he wil deliver. So every time he said he wil deliver. The shop closed down and they moved to de deur. I contacted them and every time Jack said he wil deliver. So they delivered some of the steel on the 9/12/2017. With a promise from Jack my polycop wil be delivered the next day. I phoned the next day and Hibrain told me Jack isnt working for them any more. He told me he wil sort it out and let me know whats going on. He said Head office wil contact me and I am still waiting. No call and no delivery. R4579.50 isnt money I can say is okay take it. I need my money or my material and no body wants to help me...
