Innocent loan applicant

<div>I app**** for a loan yesterday and had to pay a fee of R1600 with helpful loan after payment I was told to hold 25 minutes but only after 4 hour they let me know I must pay another R3250 for insurance and if not the commitment fee is non refundable and so now I'm the loser here.
