Helpful loan dissatisfaction

<div>Good day people.. I have had a very bad bad expression with Helpful loans and their Agent. 25 August 2023 I app**** for a loan and was requested to pay R1399 admin fee to get loan approved. Till today 16 November 2023.. no loan was disbursed and I have been following up with them each and every day. They threatened me to remove a bad review I initially did about them telling me that I wil get refunded if I remove and I did as asked but still no refund.. Kelly has been telling refunds are allocated and paid out each month but mine for 3months now still haven't received it. I advice all desperate seekers our their to not use helpful loans as you will regret as I have. Please don't use this company.</div>
