My help in a time of trouble

Last night I left to go and pick my son up from work. I had gone about 1 1/5 Km when the car display went completely dark (not load shedding) and within a minute the car threatened to stop just off Parkwood. A car will not last intact unattended in this area. Fortunately I was able to coax the car to the crest of the bridge and coast down on the Plumstead side and stop under a street light. Now my son was stranded at work and I was stuck in the dark with a car not working. I remembered my Help365 subscription. Pressing the panic button help 365 phoned me back. They organised a flatbed breakdown vehicle and within the hour my car and my son were safely home. They phoned me every 15 minutes to check on the progress.
