Took my car without my consent, theft

The worst experience ever with this awful company . My husband was in accident .the car was towed to menlyn autolab pannel beaters by help 24 yard on the 28th of september.I was waiting for the 3rd party claim to be processed the insurance assessor did the assessment for the claim at menlyn auto lab on the 22nd of October,I did not want to inconvenience menlyn autolab by keeping my car therefl for such a long period ,I asked to collect my car while waiting for the claim to be processed. Its my car surely I have a right to? Menlyn auto lab sent me an email. You can fetch your car at Randburg help24yard and gave the details to contact them. I called them, they advised I must pay for the tow to the yard and storage etc,that I did not consent to. My car was never stored there , I received an emailed invoice of R18000 before I collect my own car which was moved without my consent to Randburg and I live in centurion. I send emails , I go there with the police with a letter of demand, I got a lawyer to assist, They don't respond, they don't care I am starting a new job in January I need my car to be able to work I will be going to the ombudsman and even if I have to high court to resolove the matter I will. I expose them,i see too many people arw having issue's with HELP 24 I have the recording of the conversation with a lady named Karen who advised this was an ******* tow no one authorized or signed for the tow. Secondly storage ,billing me when my car was never in the yard in the 1st place I have proof.I am so tired of companies like this taking advantage of people. Shocked at the dont care attitudes of the people that work here Should you be in an accident Iwould recommend you dont use their service you will be so disappointed.
