Shocking service rendered

On Friday, 19 Feb 2015, my 69 year old Mother had car trouble. Her Insurance arranged for towing with Help24. My Mother told them she felt unsafe as it was a ***** aera. They took over an hour to arrive. In this time, my Mother was ****** by unknown men and her cellphone ******. Thankfully she was not hurt. I had to go to my Mother's rescue and had to phone them and fight with them before their driver finally arrived. Buyi indicated that she would get back to me about my complaint the next day - Thankfully I didn't hold my breath because that never happened! Shocking that a vulnerable customer such as my Mother was treated in this way - they simply didn't care!
