Help 24 are nothing but ********.

I had an accident on saturday and they were there first at the accident scene, i dont know where they come from because I did not call them, my bf and I were trying to get ahold of the insurance that i use to assist with towing my car but was not getting thru to them, the guy from Help 24 immediately said that he got ahold of them, i was puzzled as to how he managed to get ahold of the insurance company towing service provider as i could not get thru to them.

He gave me the phone to speak to the "alleged consultant" who informed me the he has authorised Help 24 to tow the car to the insurance company storage place, they were in such a hurry to go, could'nt wait for the guy who was coming to the accident scene to pick us up so we can follow them.

On Monday I called the insurance company that i use to enquire about the compant that towed my car, insurance company informed me that they did not speak to me on the day of accident nor did they authorise Help24 to tow my car, i then called Help 24 to enquire about my car and was advised that to release my car it would cost R9646, I couldnt believe it as it was only there for a day and besides that they took my car under false pretence, these people are ********, they want money.

To everyone who reads this i hope this will open your eyes and make you be more careful and aware of this company and be careful not to sign any documents as they will say but you signed the receipt paper but you signed the paper because the guy/lady on the phone pretended to be from the insurance company you use as you were reassured that you can go ahead and allow them to tow your car....
