Saturday morning - 5 Sep 2015
As my friend was driving up Joe Slovo past the St John's college he hit a pothole that resulted in both tyres of the left hand side of the car bursting. Two break-down vehicles arrived of which one was Help24. He then called my insurance Affinity and spoke to a consultant who assured him that they had dealt with Help24 in the past and it was ok to let them take his car. The issue now, is that Help24 refuses to release his car ON TOP OF Affinity refusing to pay for the claim for the one wheel as he already have a spare one. He was informed that he would get a courtesy car on Monday which he have not received. Both Affinity and Help24 do not follow up, he have to call them and remind them that we have an issue we need to resolve.
What makes matter's worse is that Help24 is now going through his car and reporting battery problems without his consent. All he want is his tyres fixed and Affinity to deliver on their contractual agreement.

What makes matters worse is that now Affinity says that Help24 is no longer under them.
Help 24 vehicle: LVY 366 GP
