No service at all

I cancelled my contract with Help24 on 17.03.2023. The reason for the cancellation is that (when I had an emergency) Help24 arrived about 20 minutes after another security company that does not even have me as a client. After eventually getting my contract cancelled (nobody acknowledged my communication) they started charging me again via debit order. I've been in constant email communication with Annemarie le Roux in the Debtors department since 22 June and two months later, I am still waiting for my refund. I called her office constantly and there is no answer, I asked to talk to a manager and when they transfer me - no answer. I have never experienced such poor service from any other company - ever.
