I was involved in an accident, help24 and renew it manipulated and assisted me advising they received authorisation from my insurance. We used the driver's phone his name is Francois. The situation now is that they were lying and now my car is stored at Renew it and no way out. This is *******, this was so wrong in all level they taking advantage. This company is ***** and not operating good. Now they refusing to release my car to my insurance as they are not approved dealers. This is not legal and unfair. I nrer my car to be released, as I will not pay storage for ******* operation.
