Helpful and polite and going beyond the call of duty

I had a terrible accident by Stormvoel road. 2 gentleman from Help24 arrived and asked if they could assist I said I had to wait for my insurance. They politely waited and helped direct traffic and even helped after my insurance denying them business. To make sure we were okay and waited until the other how truck driver arrived. Really great job!
