Help24 drivers stole my personal belongings from my vehicle when they towed it. I discovered the theft when I later went to check on my vehicle. I've called and e-mailed a lady called Sharon at their offices several times but she ducks and dives and no effort to assist me recover my items is made. It's such a shame that insurance companies still have them as a service provider considering how us as their clients suffer theft at the hands of insurance contractors who are supposed to assist us at such a vulnerable time as after a vehicle accident.
