Help24 are *****s!

Absolutely the worst business, they are *****s and really just use a persons distress to their own advantage. After an accident i was made to sign a contract which i did not understand, nor did the tow driver read any terms and conditions to me. They then moved my car from the panel beaters to their own storage yard without my consent and want to charge me storage fees. I am now in debt to them for amounts that i did not know of. I have also requested a quote countless times and never received one. This is absolutely unacceptable.
