Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!!

Debit order gets deducted prior to initial signed agreement!! SMS services gets charged after it was in the agreement not charged for!!! Not getting sms open/close/alarm!!! Alarm went off, had to call in and find why has no one called me, only to find out from the Controller, that it reflects restore, no alarm and further into our discussion, approximately 10 minutes it come through!! Luckily for us as a family it was triggered by the dogs, but what if it was a real incident, then what!!! This is just pathetic, I have left numerous messages for a Manager to call me, but to no avail. Are the wheels of HELP 24 SECURITY falling off?
