Just another no good reaction force security company - Help24 Secure?

So I get a call for an alarm activation at 12:08. Informed the operator to dispatch a vehicle, since I am not at my house. I log in to my CCTV network and monitor my gate. Thirty minutes later, I phoned the operator and informed her that no one entered my gate as follow-up to my alarm and request to inspect. She promises to check and call me back. Another 30 minutes later and I have received no feedback. Meaning Help24 Security means NOTHING to me as a reaction security company!!! No wonder customers are moving to other providers.
