Help24 Secure not honouring their duties as stipulated in the contract

Would not recommend. Terrible service from Trish, who represents Help 24 Secure. Our factory premises was broken into over the weekend 10 July 2022. Not once, but multiple times and Help 24 Secure did not contact owner or any of the listed contacts in the event of any alarm activations, even after their reaction officer made a positive confirmation that there was a break in. I have camera footage, and it happened in daylight, lunchtime hours. I waited 9 days for a report, which does not explain how and why they failed to honour their obligations that we pay them to do. We incurred damages and loss to our copper pipes and cabling on the side of factory. No manager came out to inspect damages or discuss a plan on how they can stop this from happening in the future. After i requested a manager come out to see us, they just sent our some random reaction officer 9 days later who looked around and left. Pathetic to say the least.
