Poor Service delivery from Help U debt counselors

I have been trying for a week to get my clearance certificate from Help U, and every time that I call there is always a problem. I spoke to Geraldine where she told me that she will email me the clearance certificate to the several emails and a fax number that I provided them with. I spoke with Geraldine( I also spoke to Lizette,Yolandie and Leandre) and explained my frustration where she decide to drop the call while I was still talking. Every time that I call and want to speak to Geraldine she's always in a meeting and not one staff member can get back to me ( as a client), they are very unprofessional. The client service is very poor and I will never recommend Help U to anyone.
