HELP-U-DEBT - MARGARET BEKKER

Me and my husband have been under debt review from 2018 with Margaret Rachel Cynthia Bekker (NCRDC1218) from Help-U-Debt. We are unable to get hold of this lady and currently there is undistributed funds which must be allocated against one of the bills. The reason for it not being distributed is that it was meant for my husbands vehicle and the vehicle is paid off. What must I do more to get hold of this lady because when I Phone NCR you hold on and on and on and on and on and literally falls asleep. While holding on. We have sent numerous mails to her, and we tried phoning her but the phone does not even ring. Our debt review amount agreed upon by the court is paid diligently (R22500). This is a lot of money. We do not know if she is dead or alive, abroad or somewhere on an island. We just know she is not reachable. I am pleading for your help and intervention.
