Help U Debt Councellors not so helpful

At the beginning I was told that my payment term will be 5 years. I'm going for 8 years and 7 months now. Any queries lodged at 5 different email addresses are left unanswered by them. I want to know when I'm going to stop paying and what my actual balances are.
