!!!!!!!Frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I represent my mother, which pays a monthly fee for help u debt to sort out her debt problems.

1. We almost never get feedback unless you phone then yourself. 2. They do not update and follow up with the credit companies. 3. I have taken the time to phone the companies and rectifying the accounts myself, out of MY working hours. 4. Unprofessional. 5. No one ever knows what the status is on my mother's file. It takes them hours if not days and weeks to get up to date and revert back. That is after phoning them 100 times, after sending follow up emails 100 times. 6. Geraldine Parking never adresses the issues on hand, struggles to revert back and is almost never available. 7. There has been 4 consultants working on my mothers file in the last year. Each time WE need to get them up to speed on whats happening. 8. We never ever get informed that there is a new consultant working on her file. 9. We have requested monthly updates on the progress of her file. Unless we phone and request, we don't get anything.
