I have submitted endless emails and it just comes back that no refunds if more than 14 days old. ****MERS , I am opening up a case of ***** if they cannot produce documents requested . I have also requested to speak to Superiors .. no luck . This is just an automated email response so no matter what you type , sam message is rep**** . I am fuming !!!!
