payment over due

<p>I was in an accident about a year ago. Help 24 were quick to tow my car and charge me additional fees for towing I decided to hand over the car for it was a write off. I signed over the car and was told they would put it on their name. I purchased a new car and a year later wen I needed to renew my license disc I found out that the car that was in the accident that now belonged to help 24 was still on my name with a outstanding licence disc fee of R950. I called them the start of Dec and was helped by Natasha. She assured me that the disc would be paid and would call me back. It is now Feb she never returned my calls and the disc is not paid and the car is still on my name.</p> <p>When i asj ti speak to the manager they never there!This is unacceptable and poor customer service. Will never refer anyone to these people!</p>
