Help 24 exployts injured people

This people are pure ****** I got in an accident only to get a R10000 rand bill for towing my car the next dat is such explotation allowed?? Worse part I stay in Pretoria they towed my car to Roodepoort yet they have a yard in Pretoria and wen I ask y they say I must pay for second towing to get my car to the Pretoria yard take note the accident occurred in Pretoria. Then when I ask to make arrangements they refused the lady said I either pay or I must give them my car papers then I sow they had a clause on their contract that they can sell the car pay their bills and refund the remaining proceeds from the sale I spoke to the lady on the 19/06/2018 about that and she said their sales person will contact me till today they are stalling the sale of my car cz thy want to take the car for free they exployting people so they can ***** their cars.. how is it possible to tow a car in the same town costs R10000 I will take their bill to the ombudsman I advise people to NVR ever allow this people to tow Ure cars they are ******
