Refused for Defective Bike – Extremely Disappointing Service from Helluvafast Motorcycles I recently purchased a motorcycle and delivery box from Helluvafast Motorcycles, located at 3 Webb Road, Winkelspruit, for a total amount of R20,000 paid in cash. From the day I received the bike, it has been plagued with ongoing mechanical issues and has effectively been unusable for the past month. I immediately notified the owners while the bike was still under warranty, but I was repeatedly told that there was nothing wrong with it. The problems continued, and on their advice I even changed drivers to rule out rider error. Despite this, the bike's issues persisted, proving that the problem lies with the motorcycle itself and not the person operating it. As a result of being sold a defective bike, I have suffered significant financial losses and disruption to my business. I have spent weeks going back and forth with the owners requesting a refund, as the bike has failed to perform from the very beginning. Instead of taking responsibility, they have offered me only R10,000 or told me to come and collect the bike. This is completely unacceptable considering I paid R20,000 for a bike that has not functioned properly since day one. What has made this experience even worse is the complete lack of accountability, empathy, and customer service shown throughout this process. I feel that my concerns have been dismissed and that I have been treated with disrespect. As a Black woman, I cannot help but feel that I have been unfairly undermined and disregarded during my dealings with this company. I paid for a working motorcycle and delivery box, not for ongoing problems, financial losses, and endless excuses. I am therefore demanding a full refund of R20,000 for this purchase. I strongly urge potential customers to think carefully before doing business with Helluvafast Motorcycles based on my experience.
