Unprofessional Conduct
I had liaised with Hello Realty on occasions where adverts matching my property preference were closely matched. Off the 3-5 viewings, I had submitted an offer for one and missed the opportunity of resubmitting another offer closer to the sellers required price which was my responsibility. Pictures do not completely represent a property in totality hence my need to view before submitting an offer of substantial amounts. I am left with the assumption that the agent is upset that I have not submitted offers and has profiled me as a serial viewer/timewaster however, my intent to buy is and was clear. I again expressed interest toward new listing using different methods and eventually determined that I had been blocked and intentionally ignored. I then reached out via email requesting some feedback, clarity as to why this was the case with the intent to remedy the matter but in summary , was simply told to contact other estate agencies for my property requirements with no further reasoning to attempt corrective action. This decision has intentionally denied both me the buyer and seller an opportunity to engage. Personally, I would not support a business that which conducts itself in such manner.
