Worst Service by Hello Paisa & World Remit

This company is a complete waste of time. I will never use World Remit again if they keep using Hello Paisa as their local agent. I sent money to South Africa about R3600 over a week ago and still the recipient hasn't received the money up until now. They don't pick up or answer their phones or reply emails or What's App messages. I would warn anyone against using this company, it's a *****. I am totally ****ed off by their shoddy service and their so called technical 'issues'. This company must be investigated for money laundering because it looks *****.
