Worst Service and Customer Care Ever
got money sent via World Remit and was asked to sign a mandate form. I signed the form and was declined due to nojn attachment of passport. The provided link did not ask for upload of passport. The consultants keep promising to call me back since 24hrs ago!!! This is a ****py service and World Remit is going to lose customers because of this new intermidiery they have taken on who is not at ready to help!
