Worst financial institute

I had my Stockwell money deposited ,they hold the account on the 1st of March 2025, I called them they wanted proof of payment .I provided immediately because I needed to pay my bills .On 3 I called again to ask if they had seen my documents u sent agent called David said everything is ok your account will be opened soon up-to-date 19 March account is still on on hold.they have never called me to update me im the one calling everyday with no answers .the agent I called could not say anything she just said someone will call you back now now,its now 3 days no call .none of my bills has been paid from rent ,school fees even now no food in the house yet paisa has my money and not doing anything about it because they don't face customers face to face they don't care,none of their ***** department workers is professional, im taking legal action now because im tired of buying 100 rand airtime calling for 10mins no answer put on hold no answer.19 days of trauma i can't focus at work with stress im borrowing money when I have money.
