Worst customer service on earth - stay away from these **********

This company has the worst customer service ever. I wish I had read the reviews here before asking someone to send money to me through them. They keep asking customers to send the same documents for no reason. After they are done with that excuse they go silent. No one answers calls at their call centre. If anyone answers, they don't offer any help, but promise that someone will call back. If you persist, they will start ignoring your calls or they will answer and keep saying they can't hear you to frustrate you. One of their agents called Michelle did this to me and the reason I know this is that I changed phones several time, making it unlikely that there was anything wrong with my line. It's so wrong and unprofessional. After sending 15 emails, making nearly 20 calls, every time getting promised that somebody would call back, I decided to reverse a transaction that somebody had made in my name. It's not clear why they do this, but most likely they use funds sent to people for other purposes and try to delay paying out the money as much as possible.
