WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Good day.

For the past 3 days, I tried to create a Hello Piasa Bank account for myself.

To my surprize, there are NO option for SMART ID CARD. So for some reason I cannot create the account.

I did fill in a vorm online so that they can call me back, but no has called me back. I waited the whole day.

It's clear to me that Hello Piasa does not want or need more customer and has the worst customer service by far.
