Worst bank on Earth

This is the worst day of my life with this bank,my brother send me 30k so I can buy alarm system to install at our new home in Zimbabwe. As soon he did sent that money Hello Paisa closed my account they said they suspect *****.Okay probably it's a procedure I went there they told me they want an I'd for the person who send money,proof of payment,affidavit from police saying the reason of the money,and also my quotation of the alarm system. I did all that and I spoke to David of Anti ***** he promised me that my account will be opened the next day cause it was around to 5pm,I went home and I dint have money to use for transport I had to ask my brother to come pick me up..those are unplanned expenses,the next day in the morning around 11am been trying to get hold of them they are not coming back to me in any how,so our money works for ours my brother bought an air ticket to zim,he has to fly around 3pm today and he has to go with those things.So tell me if you feel like you are banking with a bank its wat better to put money under mattress than to use Hello Paisa. All I wish for right now is to terminate it as soon as I receive my money.. Worst day,no emergency for them busy telling you 5/7 days what's that.. Guys use something else that this crazy bank.i will never I swear...
