Worried new client

I just received funds from the UK filled in the mandate and waiting. I am supper worried especially because of all the reviews here. I called the call center and I was told that the compliance departments system is down. I do not want to wait a month for my money, I have urgent need for it right now. I have used world remit many times and this is the first time dealing with Hello Paisa, I hope my experience is different.
