Who are these people?
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I used a service called WorldRemit to send funds to myself, which are now being held up by this company, which I never heard of in my life.
As an expat, I support my parents in South Africa. These guys do not respond to emails, calls or anything.
Why is WorldRemit using them at all? This is not what I signed up for. Why do I have to jump through so many hoops? I already completed two Reserve Bank mandates!!
Now this ***** looking company comes into the frame as well. What is going on???
