Wasting my time

I did payment to capitec via quick payment but now it's almost 7 hours receiver he didn't receive anything even in my side doesn't show anything like where I sent money what useless bank like this, is this you save customer?

I did make a call to customer care no any help they just say gave us your will call you back, honestly if this month you loose customers I will be the first one 😭😭
