Unprofessional service received
Almost R10000 was withdrawn from my account which I did not have any knowledge of.I have contacted the bank for assistance. I have been given all kinds of excuses and was told it would take 45 working days. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. My account no. *** Please assist as I am in urgent need of my funds.
