***********, unprofessional and ************* service!

My experience with Sasfin/Hello Paisa and their team has been less than satisfactory to say the least. I am still pursuing a matter in which an amount of R40 000 was transferred from my account *****ulently on the 23rd of November 2024. I immediately reported the matter within minutes of the occurrence. This was met with so much reluctance to address the matter promptly. I believe funds could have been frozen, especially when the transaction was outside normal account behavior but instead, they keep sticking to the argument that an OTP was sent to my number while I keep telling them I did not receive it. How can you have just one line of security especially for such high value transactions. What is more aggravating is how they keep shifting the blame on me. I need Sasfin to correct this situation, otherwise how can customers trust your services even. This is really *********** and unprofessional!
