Unhappy Customer

I have had the worst experience with this Bank. I have a world remit transaction that failed and the y took the funds and placed them on hold. Efforts to get my funds back to my account have failed. The call center agents are not helpful or at least willing to help. I want my funds back to my account and have it closed. I will not recommend this bank to anyone
