TOP TEN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

Let me put this way - if I didn't need their platform for certain transactions, I would NEVER use them! Their customer service is abysmal - and I'm being polite! Had a wire/eft transaction that they couldn't process from an overseas bank account - it's been over a month now trying to resolve this and guess whose the one that's been calling constantly and following up? Yup - ME!! And after every call they'd insist they'd "call me back" with feedback - jokes on me cause I actually believed them! 😂 Of course no one called! Today I call in to actually resolve this - and I'm told the ticket I had for my query has been closed - and no one informed me!! So the long and short of it - if you don't need to send money to other countries - DON'T USE THEM!!!
