They just took 10% of my money I deposit into an account without ever telling me anything about it

Remember that your hellopaisa account is not a business account, which is why if you make 10 deposits and above in the same month you get charged 10%. To avoid this, you may divide your deposits into 5 or less. Should you be expecting a large deposit, please alert the bank and send relevant documents to avoid any holds on your account.
