This bank is a NO NO

I received my salary with their account, then it was frozen because they wanted proof of income and I sent it. Then I received a call from Stephen who assisted until the account became operational. For some reason, I started paying the bills there and then and even sent myself a voucher and all this happened within 10 minutes of the account working. When there were about R2,000 left I saw an R1,000 going saying BetWay Sandton, there were also two other R500 transactions to the same account and my account was cleared of the R2,000 rand left. I called them and they claimed they dont know any Stephen working with them but it still puzzled me how someone outside Paisa could assist me to open my account and manage to make changes.

I asked them to freeze my account like they had done before since the money was pending and they said they couldn't, it took days for that money to finally leave the account. I have lodged a complaint and I still have not received my money back. Their customer service and also their response rate are just not so good. I wouldn't recommend banking with them at all you will lose your hard-earned cash.
