They stole my money. Don’t open an account with them

Terrible service. Stole my money. I sent m’y first book royalties to my hello Paisa account. Until now they can’t find my money and the company that sent it to me confirmed that they didn’t make the money bounce back. I wish I had read the reviews before opening an account with them. They are ******** and their customer service sucks!!! The customer care officials are *********** and probably not qualified to handle in-depth banking queries. Does this business even pass the criteria for a financial service company?
