Terrible Service from Hello Paisa

I would like to bring to your attention the mobile money transfer application called “Hello Paisa”.

This apps are popular with foreign nationals wishing to send money home quickly and operate under the umbrella of global remit. I initiated a money transfer transaction on Hello Paisa on the 23/11/2024 of R550 to Kenya. Hello Paisa failed to honor their end of the deal which states “The transfer will be completed inside 20 minutes”. After 4 days of phone calls and excuses from Hello Paisa phone responders, proceeded to request for a refund of my money, which was now in Hello Paisa’s bank account. It is now two weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund. I would like to caution anybody who might be thinking of utilizing this app for money transfer to think twice. They might not honor their agreement and you will find yourself chasing after your money.
