TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible service. I had a problem with surname change. I uoloaded a copy of my marriage certificate. A week later, no response, no feedback. I called every day to follow up. Promises made etc. Eventually I was told to cancel the transaction and start again as they were just too lazy to follow up. Pathetic service.
