I am reaching out for help after a terrible experience with Hello Paisa. My account was blocked without reason after a legitimate salary payment of R2700. Despite providing all necessary documents, it remains frozen.I have dealt with Akilla, who has been consistently rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I have spent hours on phone calls, holding for over 15 minutes each time, only to be met with indifference.I even visited the Centurion branch with my baby, hoping to resolve the issue in person. However, instead of meeting with me, they called me from her office and was very rude. The lack of empathy, accountability, and basic customer care is staggering.😡If anyone can help me resolve this issue or knows someone who can assist, please reach out. I am desperate to access my funds and close my account. I am appalled by the service and strongly advise against using Hello Paisa. I am still waiting for a resolution and would appreciate any support in getting my account unblocked.
