TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They deducted a sum of 156 Rands as a fee for transferring funds from my visa card to Skrill account, but the transfer was not successful but the money was deducted anyway, when I send them a message to refund me, they sent an email telling me a ticket has been created for my issue and till then no response from them, absolutely terrible customer service, never heard from them till now.
