I used to enjoy this bank but now everything is ****ed up,no service at all They always call and end the call within 3 seconds before i even get help. My account is frozen by some ******** i have called to check on my account they said your account is okay which is wrong. Since last week I have been calling telling me the same ****. If anyone wants to join this bank please runaway don’t ever do that better try Mukuru with tight securities not this stupid bank. Those people from pakistan and bangladesh are the worst people I’ve ever seen in my life,so rude to customers,they think they are superior because we are blacks. I’m going to expose this bank on all social platforms,we need to sign petition to close this bank.
