Reversal needed.
It's unbelievable how this ompany exists. They do not answer calls or return requests for call backs. They are 24hrs unavailable for chats. I have soent over R180 on airtime where they would answer all and be silent over this weekend. My request for a reversal has been ignored since Saturday. When I finally managed to get through a lady answered and she was not in the mood to assist. She yelled at me and hung up. If I can not be assisted may I please get my money back so I can use a more reliable money transfer agent.
